We offer all the services of a large real estate company but provide those services at a lesser cost to you. You are a person with a name, not just another listing number. You are "special" in every aspect of transactions, no matter the value of the property you are buying or selling.

Hawaii Sunset Real Estate, LLC offers full service representation of both Buyers and Sellers plus we $hare our commission with you at closing.
Our Ho'āhu Program can save you thousands of dollars in real estate commissions when you list and sell your home with us.
Buyers will receive a contribution of 1% of the sale price when buying and closing on a home with our representation.
All commission $hares will be applied to seller at closing on a home with a signed Exlusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with HSRE.
